2012这个岁末，仰望星空，东方渐露鱼肚白。俯瞰大地，依然沉寂在夜幕中。这一年，回想这一年，没有什么深刻的记忆。工作由朝阳变成了如今的海淀。曾印象中的海淀，也有了不同的敢受！年岁更接近四十的我，对语文或许有了更多的想法。
承接了每日一评却丢掉了班级周报。新增了精典涌读和成语接龙或许出现了不理解。一心向往着引领孩子们遨游于语文世界，在现实中却遭遇了末知，一度迷茫。也许更也许。这一年和朋友共出作文书却末见样刊。这一年稿件不到二十，这一年学生作文更是屈指可数超不过十篇。一月月一天天，忙忙碌碌。2012即将远去成为历史，这一年我沒有浓墨重彩一笔，只是没有痕迹地划了一笔。
这一年即将逝去，內心涌动不知是苦抑或是甜，无论怎样，时光不能倒流。让过去的都将过去吧！毕竟新的一年2013已经伴着日落而来！展望新的一年。首先愿我的亲人、朋友健康快乐。望自己在自己喜欢的行业百尺竿头更进一步！

2022年新年钟声敲响，聊聊我心中的昆山，十几年来感慨多多……
“昆山”这个熟悉而亲切的称呼，在这里实现了我——一个打工者渴望已久的梦想，如今我已成为了一名真正的新昆山人，拥有了稳定的职业，舒适的家。说起这个“神话”之地的昆山，似乎与我有点缘分，对于一个北方的我来说，从小只知道有上海这个大城市，很少听到昆山这个名字。2004年2月我踏上去上海打工的征途，错乱中在昆山火车站下车了，一出昆山火车站就被一种似乎熟悉的泥土改变了我的想法：就在昆山这里找找工作吧，先过渡一段时间再说吧。没想到一晃16年过去了。
昆山，这座江南宜居之地，书写着昆山经济和社会发展的历史，书写着昆山人自强不息，顽强奋斗的壮丽史诗。也书写着我16年的教育故事。16年以来我用自己所学的文化知识服务这里的外来工孩子，让这些孩子在求学的道路上享受知识的乐趣，城市的优越条件， 让这些来自五湖四海的家长在昆放心上班挣钱，改变农村家庭现状。随着教育改革的不断深化，现代化的教学工具渐渐进入了民办学校，教室全部装上多媒体教学设备，教学课件也进入学生的视线，给课堂教学带来了巨大变化，充分调动了这些孩子的学习热情，根据教育部出台的“双减”政策我会调整教学新思路，努力上好每一节课，虚心向其他老师交流研究新的教学方法，尽可能满足每个学生都能听懂，我从亲身经历出发，用生动的故事讲道理，用学生听得进去，能理解，好接受的语言进行心与心交流，启发学生积极思考。与孩子牵手一同成长，放下班主任高高在上的身份，一视同仁做好孩子心中的榜样。在班级管理上我更讲究教育的艺术，将自己快乐情绪“传染”给孩子。我相信老师亲切的笑容，鼓励的眼神，一定会感化这里的孩子。以自己的耐心、细心、责任心提升班级管理水平，以永远在教育路上的恒心和韧劲，聚精会神抓教育教学。

敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家好！
寒风料峭，冬意正浓，不知不觉中，一个学期已接近尾声。我们在这个学期里有很多收获：收获智慧，收获友情，收获成长。也会遗憾：遗憾失败，遗憾虚度，遗憾时光留不住。是的，时光易逝，留下的就是思考。从失败中摸索成功的道路，从失落里拾起进取的勇气，从迷茫间找寻向前的动力。完善自我，再接再厉。

时光飞逝，从我刚刚踏进xxx小学的校门到现在写这篇作文时，已经快要整整六年了。在这六年里，我越长越高，已经达到了一米六四；体重不断增加，已经有四十五公斤。我的脸已不再是小时候照片上那张稚气未脱的脸，而是一副崭新的面孔，一张眉清目秀的少年的脸。随着我从头到脚发生的变化，我身边的人与事物也开始发生变化：老师换了许多，可一丝不苟的教学精神却始终不变；同学们都长高了，有的还长胖了；学校的设备更新了，变成了小班化教学，足球场上的铁丝网也拆了，成了区园林式小学；日益操劳的父母那原本乌黑的头发中也增添了几丝白发，眼角也有了鱼尾纹，可不变的是他们一直都非常地爱我。

回顾小学六年的学习和“小升初”的过程，我非常感谢我的父母。
看到我不太擅长奥数，他们从未“逼”我上很多奥数班，只从五年级暑假上了奥数网的一个班，平时也只要求我把会做的题做对；
看到我喜欢英语，他们就放开让我学，还特别注重培养我的“听、说、读”的能力，而且从不强求我背单词，倒是给我准备了很多有趣的听力材料让我听，买了有趣的英文故事书给我看，使我在学各种知识时总是感到很快乐，从不厌烦。
在即将参加面试时，妈妈告诉我：“全区实验班人数是2400人左右，你能参加考试，就说明你现在的位置在全区的三千名以内，考试只是一个选择和谁一起学习三年的过程，只要你自己努力，无论在那个学校，三年后你都应该考上示范校，小升初的考试已说明你有这个能力，如果三年后考不上示范校，只能怪你没有努力，所以更应该注重的是如何为初中的学习做好准备。”有了妈妈的分析，我总是信息十足地去参加考试，虽然有的学校拒绝了我，连面试的机会都没有给，有的学校面试之后没有回音，但我从未有过挫折感，因为妈妈已帮我准确定位，我的自信心在考试中越来越强了。
而且“小升初”也从未影响我学校的正常学习，所有学校作业我都认真完成，周末我只上两个半天课，父母坚持不在平时的晚上给我报班，我仍然有时间画心爱的卡通画，做科学课的小制作，唯一增加的任务是在完成学校作业后每周做三套奥数题，而且爸、妈只要求把会做的做对、做快即可，例如我对“行程问题”最头痛，爸、妈就从不硬要求我做，每次我做完后，他们都特别乐于向我“请教”我最擅长的题，让我讲给他们听，妈妈最常说的话是：“儿子，给妈讲讲这道题，我不懂！”
所以虽然我奥数成绩平平，除了在奥数网得的二等奖和三等奖外什么竞赛也没获过奖，但我从未觉得自己奥数不行，学习过程也一直很快乐，这与爸、妈的鼓励是分不开的。
