虽然自己已经拥有一套房子，但是我慢慢感觉我拥有的远远不够。房子朝北，我晒不到阳光，冬天很冷。房间感觉还是太小，要是有了孩子怎么办，没有入户花园，只有一个阳台……房子朝南，衣帽间，大卧房……这些都是我没有拥有的。虽然房价已经是当年的一倍，但是我毅然决定，换房！虽然我要背负沉重的房贷，但是这些是我没有拥有的，就是我行动的动力。
