30年前，天河城还是一片田地，不时有一两头老牛在田里悠闲的吃草。
30年前，每逢下雨漏水的破旧瓦房中，只有一张破旧的木板床，一台“失声”的收音机，一辆骑起来就咣当的自行车……
30年前，繁华的珠江新城还是一片片农田，听说居民出行主要依靠自行车和公共汽车……
原来，广州30年前是这样的啊！我惊奇的感叹道！
30年后，广州向世人展示着发展的速度和力量，创造出一个个今人叹为观止的奇迹。
30年后的今天，当年的破旧瓦房变成了140平米的楼房，等离子电视、双门冰箱、全自动洗衣机等家当应有尽有，还有一辆雷克萨斯代步。
30年后，广州市区里基本没有农田了，已经封顶的广州新电视塔建成后总高度达610米，成为“世界第一高塔”。
广州的城市面貌在变迁，城市功能在扩大。其实，生活发生翻天覆地的变化的老广州数不胜数。
对于我来说，感受最深的应该是去往学校的那条路。记得刚到华美学校读书的时候，这条路破破烂烂、坑坑洼洼，每次坐校车我都会晕车。要是遇到下雨就更麻烦了，即使是妈妈送我回学校我也免不了晕车的“厄运”。那时，我总想，什么时候才能有一条宽阔平坦的马路呀！如今，马路修好了，路宽了，路平了，我再也找不到晕车的感觉了！
对了，我们亲爱的老师也变了，他们疲倦的脸上又多了几条皱纹，我知道这是为我们操劳的结果，我想说：“有你们的辛勤培育，广州的将来一定会有我们创造的奇迹，广州的明天一定会更美好！”

当广州获得2010年亚运会主办权的消息传来，万民同庆，举市欢腾。于是，我便搜集有关亚运会的资料。当我找到一张广州申办2010年亚运会宣传画的时候，心情很高兴。
看着这幅宣传画，我仿佛看到了一个巨人在奔跑。他的手举的很高，又前又后的摆来摆去，迈着大步的步伐向前跑。这不由得使我想起以前在广东举行的“九运会”的吉祥物——威威，“威威”也是左手高举圣火，迈着大步向前飞跑。
看着这幅宣传画，我又想起广州人民对亚运会的热情。因为这幅宣传画上五个吉祥物是用毛笔画成，既有中国民族特色，又象征着奥林匹克精神已深入广州人的心，表达了中国广州人申办亚运的共同心愿。
看着这幅宣传画，我看见了广州的旧房子都一一翻新了，主要的交通公路旁都搭起了架子，全部都翻，一个都不剩。路面也铺了油漆，路面光滑了，屋子翻新了。到处都是银光彩秀，五彩缤纷。现在的广州已经接近十全十美了。
看着这幅宣传画，我再次想起广州获得2010年亚运会主办权时的盛况。人们载歌载舞，高声欢唱，发自内心地高唱《走进新时代》：“总想对你表白，我的心情是多么豪迈，总想对你倾诉，我对生活是多么热爱……”
是啊，让我们迈着豪迈的步伐走进新时代，奔向2010年，期待着亚运的到来，那时候，中国将会更加繁荣昌盛。

刘禹锡被贬到了巴山楚水这荒凉的地方，孤苦伶仃，郁郁终日，在这里度过了二十三个年头的沦落光阴。
他怀念已经故去的旧友，吟诵着诗赋，回到家乡后感到物人皆非。沉没的船只旁仍有千千万万只帆船穿过，枯朽的树木前，也有亮丽的春景。
今天听了乐天赠于“我”的诗篇，暂且借这一杯美酒振奋精神。
