这本书是一位爱好网球的读书人对世界的感悟。和有些名人所写的那一类成功励志的书相比，这本书显得更接地气，文凤更平实，和作者对待人生的态度一脉相传。闲庭信步间悟出很多哲理。特别是第三章学习与教育，结合自家孩子的案例，从不同角度解释了一些教育原则。值得一读。不足之处在于作者毕竞不是文学工作者，章与章之间的逻辑性不强，更像是随笔，可能从另方面展现了作者的处事风格：举重若轻，笑看人世。

1, Preface,
It will make great sense to understanding you yourself more profoundly and holistically, but it’s not an easy thing by general means or by philosophical means. This book try to help about this.
It starts from discussing the true meaning of life and death , try to understand Human more from both view of physical and spiritual. Then it is discussing the art of studying and the art of educating, and then discussing Human value and action from views of philosophy, psychology and culture. Marital relationship, sex and emotional things are another field of detailed discussion. After discussion of economics and aesthetics, it goes to several ultimate issues of Human being: Is mental activity also physical ？ Is Human facing greater chance of extinction today than yesterday ？ Will this extinction be happening for sure ？
2，Why writing this book？
I am trying to save time for people by writing this book. I am trying to including all major
important concepts of life in this book, so people don’t need to spending time on many other
books. Hope this book could be a milestone of pedagogy.
From my childhood, I have been thinking a lot of important things about life, now I have gotten
conclusions on most of them, though not all of them.
Those things including:
who am I ？ what kinds of person I am？ How to study well？ How to influencing people more
deeply and profoundly？ Is sex essential for Human reproduction？Is sex intercourse a dirty
things ？ Is marital relationship essential ？ Is mental activity manageable？ What is the laws of
Human action and communication？
I want to including my understanding and conclusion of above questions in a very clear and
concise manner in this book, and making this book helpful to all kinds of people regardless of
their age, gender, race ,academic background. Hope this book could be helpful to all kinds of
people by helping them understanding more about themselves, and avoid some mistakes and
enjoying a better life.
3, The story of writing this book,
Though this book has been planned in my mind for too many years, the actual writing was not
Started until March 2,2005.
The skeleton and a few abstract parts of it has been done very soon, but then I have big problem
To go further. I don’t know which what and how many topics should be included in each of the
chapters, and even some topics come up to my mind, I don’t know how to write them out clearly
and properly. I am not a good writer ! I have even tried several times to find help from
professional writers, but it’s not practical to ask them writing with my mind. So the writing has
been postponed for a long time.
Then, at the end of 2007, I started playing tennis, it’s a real great sports, and it makes me a lot of
Interesting lovely friends, and tennis is also inspiring me with my friends a lot of interesting
topics ,and we are having a good discussion about them. Then I aware for sure that after a real
good time, those discussions and detailed topics, will be good for my book, I only need to
reorganize the content and topics and making them suits good for each of the chapters. Hope
the inspiration of tennis playing bringing a good inspiration to the readers.
At June of 2011, so many topics have been discussed and so many inspirations recorded.
I am trying to fix them into my book. This work was not that easy as I had thought, it still seems
Out of my reach with my writing skills.
At the start of 2014, I know I have to go on with my own limited writing skill, if I am expecting
a perfect elegant writing of this book, I could not finish this book in my life time ! I have to
compromise something and getting this book accomplished. I started writing and organizing work
from August 1,2014 and had finished it at the end of that month.
I supposed it a book, but after a time of showing it with my friends, especially several times
discussion with editor Mr.Huang Juncong, I understood it was still too untidy to be published.
With his inspiraction, my final major writing and organizing work started on June 1,2015 , and
finished on Aug.28, 2015. Really grateful to the kind effort of my editor, this book will not be
existed without him.
4, The original plan of this book in 2005,
I want to write a book about harmony of Human Race and Nature, though Human are part of the Nature itself. The book will try to describe the changing and the end of Human Race;
The book need to be writing in a very logical and concise style, with more pictures to help easy understanding. No need to have fixed conclusion on all topics, but more emphasize on giving provoking questions to stimulating readers’ imagination and thinking, stimulation readers’ greater potential of creativity.
A book more like speech and talk, instead of lecture and lesson , with more variation of exchanging information with readers’, such as including a famous logical quiz.
Topics cover all fields , including history, philosophy, race, military, politics, economics, art, family ,study and education, including psychology , also religion ,geographic and celestial body.
With great insight of knowledge and wisdom, and introducing my study result about the art of study and influencing from the very birth of a baby.
This book want to solve problems, not just complain or criticism.
We gave questions, we gave answers and options too, but we don’t mean to explain everything, we want you to enjoy more on thinking and reasoning, and get more great answers on your own, leading a more meaningful life of your own style.
