今天真是风和日丽，阳光明媚。
小鸭和小猴一起出去玩。突然，小鸭一不小心，掉进了一个大土坑!他拼命地往上爬，可是，爬不上来，在坑里急得团团转。小猴灵机一动说：“你等一下，小鸭。我去拿一根竹竿!”
过了一会儿，小猴拿了一根竹竿过来，说：“这根竹竿可是长达8米的呀!一定把你救上来!”他一边说一边把竹竿伸进坑里，可是，不管怎么蹲怎么跪竹竿还是够不着土坑。
小猴惊呆了!长达8米的竹竿居然连碰都没碰着土坑的底。
就在这时，一头大象经过这里，问清楚了原因。只见大象双手撑着地面，用鼻子大力一吸，小鸭子还是站在原地。大象用了九牛二虎之力往上吸，小鸭还是原地不动。
一只小熊也正好路经此地，也问清了原因，他仔细观察坑底，想了想，就飞快地跑了。原来，他回家拿水桶，拿了水桶又去打了点水。不一会儿就回来了，他把水桶的水往坑里倒，坑里的水渐渐升高，小鸭浮了起来，小猴和大象看懂了意思，也飞快地跑去装水。过了一会儿，小猴拿着一个盆往坑里倒水，大象也回来了，他从鼻子里喷了喷水。
坑里全是水!小鸭得救了!小鸭到了草地，对他们说：“谢谢你们救了我!”小熊，小猴，大象异口齐声地说：“这是举手之劳，没事!”
这个故事告诉我们要同心协力勤动脑去解决困难。
