4、分析20xx年天气情况
为了完成20xx年公司的项目开发任务，并做出科学而且符合实际的20xx年工程部的工作内容以及项目施工进度计划，我对20xx年全年的天气情况进行分析，结合武陟县的常年的天气状况，对20xx年的天气进行了预测，同时将天气情况和工程进度互相结合，对工程进度进行合理的调整，抓紧施工良好季节，避开雨季大规模施工，并做好雨季以及高温季节的施工以及安全保护措施。
二、存在的不足以及改进措施
20xx年即将随风逝去，回想自己在公司将近半年的工作，虽然工作量比较大，但是闪光点并不多，许多工作还有不尽如意之处，总结起来存在的不足主要有以下几点：
1、缺乏沟通，不能充分利用资源
在工作的过程中，由于对其他专业比较陌生，又碍于面子，不积极向其他同事求教，造成工作效率降低甚至出现错误，不能达到优势资源充分利用。俗话说的好“三人行必有我师”，在以后的工作中，我要主动加强和其他部门同事的沟通，通过公司这个平台达到资源共享，从而提高自己的业务水平。
2、缺乏计划性
在工作过程中，特别是项目开发的施工阶段，由于缺乏计划性，工作目的不够明确，主次矛盾不清，常常达到事倍功半的效果，领导不满意不说，自己还一肚子委屈。在以后的工作过程中，我要认真制订工作计划，做事加强目的认识，分清主次矛盾，争取能达到事半功倍的效果。
3、专业面狭窄
作为一个现代化人才，他应该是一专多能的，这样的人才才符合时代以及公司的需求。自己的专业面狭窄，对房地产其它专业认识不够，特别是营销策划以及法律法规，这都限制了自身的发展。在以后的工作过程中，我将加强其他专业的学习，充分利用公司资源，提高主观能动性，争取能成为一专多能的复合型人才。
三、完成20xx年目标计划的措施以及建议
为了公司项目的顺利开展，也为了公司的可持续性发展，我在工程管理方面以及其它方面做以下建议。
1、合同管理
合同在项目管理中的地位非同小可，离开他，项目管理就无从谈起，合同是项目管理的依据。
熟悉合同。并对合同进行深入细致的研究，对合同的关键条款、存在的漏洞及可能产生变化并引起纠纷的地方做到心中有数。
树立强烈的合同意识。在合同面前，业主和承包商的地位是平等的。一方面，项目管理人员不以势压人，逼迫承包商接受合同外的条件;另一方面，也要警惕承包商在项目实施过程中埋设陷阱。当承包商提出各种各样的建议时，首先想到要遵守合同，对采纳建议可能带来的经济问题要有充分估计。
2、质量控制
工程项目实施阶段，工程部要开展多方面的工作，对工程项目的质量进行控制和监督，概括地说有审查确认承包商的质量保证体系，进场材料、设备的质量控制，监理规划、监理实施细则的审查以及对监理工程师日常监理工作的监督和检查等几个方面。
承包商质量保证体系的审查确认。着重检查承包商是否已建立质量保证体系，质量保证体系是否经认证单位认证，是否制定了明确的质量目标和计划以及质量保证体系是否行之有效等。
工程材料的质量控制。检查承包商是否根据设计图纸的规定和合同的要求制定了材料检验和检查制度并在实际工作中严格对材料的采购订货、材料的进场和材料的使用进行质量控制。
监理规划和监理工作实施细则的审查。业主的意志要通过监理工程师来实现。监理工作的好坏与监理规划和监理工作实施细则的优劣有直接关系。

3、进度控制

4、加强全员经营意识

在业务学习方面，我能努力钻研业务，精益求精。随着社会经济的不断发展，人民群众对健康要求的不断提高；随着科学技术的不断进步，新的理论、技术、方法不断出现，我深刻意识到只有不断学习、充实自己，才能更好地胜任自己的工作岗位，不断迎接新挑战。因此，我积极参加各种学术交流、医学继续教育活动，以及利用报刊、杂志、书籍以及互联网等，不断充实自己的知识水平，扩展自己的视野范围，提高自己的业务素质，以适应时代的需求，为今后工作打下坚实的基础。
在日常工作岗位上，我认真做好本职工作，听从科长的安排，服从领导的调度，认真做好血吸虫病、碘缺乏病、疟疾、丝虫病等地方病防治工作，协助办理政府血防办事务。我工作积极主动，善于思考，不断进取，勇于创新，为防治工作献计献策。本人坚持工作在基层第一线，不怕苦、不怕累，全身心的投入到查灭螺、查治病、健康教育、防控急感、晚血救助等血吸虫病防治的基层工作中，全心全意为群众的健康服务。本人还一直负责血吸虫病信息资料的收集、整理、统计、上报等工作，协助科长制定工作计划、撰写工作总结。
本人立足自身岗位，2007年5月，自发在互联网上开通了“血防战线”博客（目前访问量3万1千余人次），积极宣传我市血防工作以及相关卫生防病知识。2007年，本人还申请市级公共卫生项目，组织开展了“市辖区通江河道钉螺调查”，取得圆满了成功。今年“5.12”大地震后，作为热血青年，我向上级写下“请战书”，赶赴四川灾区开展卫生防疫工作，奉献自己微薄之力。
今后，我将一如既往地努力奋斗在卫生防病第一线，为人民群众的健康服务。
