一、认真钻研教材，继续探索大专英语教学模式，努力提高课堂教学质量。
1 本学期我担任的精读课虽然不是新课，但我并没有因此马虎。课前认真备课，钻研教材，教学中能总结去年的经验，根据学生具体情况和需求力求在教学内容和方法上有所改进和突破。09（1）班学生经过3+x考试，词汇和阅读基础较好，但听说能力差，语音也存在很多问题。这学期，课堂上我除了加强学生的词汇、造句、翻译等方面的基本功训练，还采用课文复述，看图说话，讲故事，角色表演等形式强化学生的口语水平。课外则通过每周的听力训练和观看教学录象带提高听力水平。每周定期抽查学生的语音作业，及时指出问题，攻破难点。这些方法取得了一定的效果。
2 为了了解学生的的英语水平和学习要求，开学初在97［文章来源于 ］（2）（3）（4）班进行调查，收集了学生意见。针对学生的年龄和知识特点在教学中主要采用对话表演，看图说话，以及针对课文设计的话题讨论。这些方式激发了学生的学习热情，活跃了课堂气氛，一些男生也开始喜欢说英语。除了口语表达，还注重抓学生笔头的基本功，通过短语、句子翻译和其他大量练习巩固提高词汇语法基础。经过一学期的训练，学生的句子翻译水平有明显进步。
3 在两门课中根据教材内容适当选取走向未来、跟我学等教学录象片辅助教学。为学生提供了生动的语言环境，激发了学生的学习兴趣、活跃了课堂气氛，收到了良好的教学效果。
4 教学中努力探索以学生为中心，教师为主导的教学模式。运用视听媒体，采用听说法、讨论法、表演等方式调动学生积极性。注意引导学生积极思考，注重知识的归纳和总结，加强学法指导。例如：如何记单词，课文朗读技巧，对话、叙述原则等。学生的学习效率得到了提高。
二、在语言教学中注意文化知识的渗透。根据教学内容介绍了英美国家的历史地理、风情习俗和有关文学常识。
三、认真使用电子教室，探索计算机辅助教学模式
1、本学期我任教的四个班中有三个班使用电子教室。我课前认真备课，花了大量时间设计制作幻灯片。每堂课严格按照学校的要求进行。电子教室的使用加大了课堂教学容量和密度，提高了教学效率。英语精读课尤为明显。教师可以在短时间内对学生进行大量的高密度的语言训练。学生的语言技能得到了提高。
2、根据课题适当使用电脑网络辅助教学。例如：精读课中关于美国诗人艾伦坡和俄国文学大师托而斯泰的生平及作品介绍；公共英语课学习关于伦敦、哥伦布和大西洋等课文时，则带领学生在网上游览。丰富的图片和文字资料扩大了教学容量，丰富了学生视野和知识面，使教学更加生动活泼。但由于题材限制，网络辅助教学使用面不够广。
四、本学期在学校科组的配合下完成了全国四结合录象课的拍摄任务。并以节假日一课参加了学校的探索课。顺利完成了任务。

就拿我来说吧，一直以来都比较看重别人对我的评价。当别人夸奖自己时，心里就美滋滋的，感觉是一种很大的享受。而面对批评和建议时，总觉得是和自己过不去，即便嘴上不说，心里也是气鼓鼓的。有了这样的心态，我在学习和生活上觉得马马虎虎，说得过去就行。记得有一次老师在群里发了一组优秀同学的课堂笔记，爸爸让我好好学习一下。我心里不服气，就说我的课堂笔记做的也很好，之所以没有被选上，是因为老师没有看到，把老爸气个半死。还有每次考试，我总是给自己找理由，不是说这次老师出的题目太难，就是某某题目不小心看错了，或者直截了当说不会做，没办法。当爸爸给我指出不足时，我总会说自己已经尽力了，还有很多人不如我呢。学习中碰到一点困难，就畏缩不前。比如做数学题，我一看到比较繁琐复杂的题目就不想读下去，更不要说独立思考，攻克难关了。这些坏的毛病日积月累占据了我的“精神家园”，停滞了我前进的步伐。
而真正让我改变的，正是上面的那段话。颜回可以不计较常人无法忍受的恶劣环境，他从不报怨，也不在意别人的看法，而是一心只做好自我，孜孜不倦地追求理想，追求内在的富足，这是多么高的人生境界啊。
从那以后，我开始给自己定下目标：学习上要虚心听取别人的批评和建议，多问问自己听懂了没有，还有哪些地方没有想明白。碰到难题不是绕过去，而是用啃硬骨头的精神知难而上，不达目的誓不罢休。记得有次语文课上老师讲到菊花和莲花的区别，提到“出世”和“入世”的概念，为了真正理解，我回家查阅了很多资料，还和老爸在一起相互讨论，最后还把自己的见解发给老师指正。在学数学的“动点”问题时，我几次都没弄明白，但一想到颜回的坚守，我终于鼓足勇气走进老师的办公室，不厌其烦几次向老师请教，直到最后搞懂为止。在生活中不攀比，不浮躁，知足常乐，以简朴为荣。每次我和家人到外面就餐，我都选择那些经济实惠的小店，点的东西也是刚好够吃就行，如果没有吃完，我也叫服务员打包带回家，并没有感到有什么难为情。我觉得这样挺好，因为在我眼里吃并不是最重要的，只要一家人其乐融融，开心就好。
