手机依赖症的产生离不开它的社会背景，更离不开人们自己的心理环境。西北师范大学教育科学院的副院长杨玲教授认为“手机依赖症”大多在一些性格较为孤僻，缺乏自信的人群中出现。这些人总是希望通过手机代替自己去接触社会。
不同的人拥有着不同的价值判断和价值选择，即人们对待手机依赖症的态度也不同。根据媒体报道，河南南阳某中学举行手机销毁大会，该校竟然还为“砸手机”这一个偏激的行为安上了“一切为了学生好”的正义名号。首先，我认为学校因为“没办法”而采取“砸手机”的行为是一种对自身和学生不负责任的方法。学校采取该措施到底是因为自己管理不力还是学生屡教不改的行为逼急了自己？其次，我认为学校的“偏激”行为“逼急”了自己？其次，我认为学校的偏激行为不应该为其绑上“正义”的名号，即“一切都是为了学生好”。这是一种道德绑架。最后，学校本是一个“传道受业解惑”的地方，它的每一个措施的实行不仅是影响到学生，而且还有社会。先不说该行为是否属于私自毁坏他人财物的行为，反而是学校的“偏激”行为会给社会以及教育导向带来怎样的不利影响。这个问题也是学校需要自我反省的关键。

条条大路通罗马，解决问题的方法很多，但也请别为自己的“偏激”套上“正义”的名号，并以此阻塞了解决问题的其他途径。

从这里我又明白了用暴力解决问题，只能显示你的软弱，而不是刚强。到了五年级，我再次面临这个局面，我只是走到他们面前说：“请你安静！”班级竟然没过多久就鸦雀无声。
从暴力到仁慈是一种从幼稚到成熟的过程，在成长的道路上，我不再用暴力解决问题。

对于更多人来说，压力，无疑是一种累赘。不知有多少人用不同的方式，来表现自己“压力山大”！严重的甚至，因为过重的压力，变得自卑；变得自闭；甚至有的因此而自杀。
事物都有两面性，压力也是如此。像是两块磁铁，位置放的不同，效果也不同，可以互相吸引，也可以互相排斥。
所以，压力要放对位置，要使其成为自己的垫脚石，而不是绊脚石。
压力放对位置，不再是压力，而是动力。
压力的位置怎么放？那就要看你自己的心态，正视压力的存在，把压力化为自己的目标，向其冲刺！
