与学生谈话要讲究场合
通常情况下，班主任在办公室里与学生谈话居多。在办公室里谈话，给人的感觉是比较严肃、正经。如果班主任想知道学生的心理，想掏出学生的真心话，那么在办公室里交谈就不太适合，如果换在校园里，与学生散步，或在老师自己家里与学生“聊天”，情况就会大不一样了。
